For all Calvarians! Yes, including you :)
Jesus, in his final conversation with the disciples before his death, gave them a new commandment: to love one another as He had first loved them. (John 13:34-35) That commandment can be difficult in a ‘family’ church like CBC, especially when the gaps between our different generations widen in our rapidly changing society.
This session of Christ& Generations seeks to help the boomers, GenX, millennials, and GenZ of CBC understand each other and their faith journeys better, so that we can know and love each other as one local body of Christ.
Join us for conversations on:
- similar or unique challenges of the Christian faith each generation face,
- common misperceptions and stereotypes of each generation in church,
- practical ways we can move beyond coexisting, to truly connecting with and loving one another in CBC, and
- any other questions you might have!
Invite your cell group, your multigenerational families, and friends to come along for dinner and dialogue!
