Registration and Rooming

  • Early bird discount is open to the first 100 campers who register and pay before the early bird deadline.

    Only full camp fee paying campers (ie. $490) are eligible. Please pay the full camp fee and those who are entitled with early bird will be reimbursed the discount.

  • Early bird registration opens 18 Feb 2024 and ends the earlier of 8 Mar 2024 or the first 100 applicants.

  • Registration ends on 28 April 2024.

  • All Sundays except on 24 Mar 2024. The booths are open from 10-11am and from the end of 2nd service till 1pm.

  • We accept cash, PayNow QR, and cheque.

  • This is not recommended as there are a lot of logistical challenges.

    However, you can approach Evelyn / Shannon / Katheleen if need be before 5 May at the church camp registration booth

  • Yes, please indicate that you require a baby cot in the registration form.

  • The resort has 10 baby bathtubs available, but these come on a first come first service basis.

  • Yes, but you will need to make your own arrangement with the hotel for days outside of the church camp dates (10th - 13th June).

    Please also inform the church camp committee if transport is only required for one way (SG - MY, or MY - SG only)

  • Campers who travel by bus for both directions are covered.

    You will need to purchase your own travel insurance if you:

    • take the bus only one way

    • make your own transport arrangements

    • extend your stay

F&B

  • Yes. Please indicate in registration form if you have any specific dietary requirements or restrictions.

  • Yes. You can bring your own dry food or snacks to the camp.

    However, do take note that food brought has to be halal certified and strictly no pork or durian is allowed into the hotel premises.

  • No. In order to facilitate smoother checkout for all campers, please ensure all additional services (i.e. food orders to room, spa, etc) are paid separately and not charged to the room.

Others

  • In order to account for all campers during the camp, all campers are to remain within the campsite unless special arrangement has been made or approval obtained with the camp commandant.

  • No. The waves in Desaru is strong and in order to ensure the safety of all campers, swimming in the sea is strictly prohibited during the camp. Campers are encouraged to swim in the pool at the hotel instead.
