Reverend Carlos L. Peña

Rev. Carlos L. Peña came to faith in Christ through a friend during his University years. He grew as a follower of Christ through the discipleship efforts of Cru and an evangelistic youth singing group in his church. After working as an engineer, he studied at Grace Theological Seminary in Indiana,USA, where he earned his Masters in Divinity and Theology.

He then served  as President of Far East Broadcasting Co. (FEBC), a radio mission in the Philippines with language broadcasts to Asia. Carlos was also involved in preaching and teaching ministries in the Philippines and overseas. In 2003, he and his family moved to Singapore to begin and direct the office of FEBC International. After serving with FEBC for 20 years, he planted a multi-ethnic house church network in Singapore while serving as preacher in Singaporean and Filipino churches and a lecturer at the East Asia School of Theology. During this time, he and his family worshipped at Calvary Baptist Church (2004-2017) where he preached over the pulpit from time to time. He was called to be the Senior Pastor of Cornerstone International Christian Church in 2017. Carlos is married to Suzette and together they have three adult children: Karissa, Natalie, Gibby and two grandchildren. In his scarce spare time, Carlos loves to play golf and read books and is someday thinking of growing a flower garden in his backyard.
