NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

As a result of safe distancing directives arising from the Covid-19 situation, we had to postpone our Annual General Meeting 2020, as well as March 2020 Family Business Meeting, both originally scheduled on 22nd March 2020. Hereby, we would like to notify the Church on rescheduling this AGM and FBM to 3rd May 2020, 12:30pm. In line with a new law passed in Parliament this month for registered societies, the church will be conducting the upcoming AGM and FBM via video conferencing on the Zoom platform. We will seek members’ approval to ratify the postponement of the 22nd March AGM. 

To ensure the security of our meeting, we encourage church members to pre-register by responding to this email. Church members can also request for a soft copy of the agenda for your perusal. Members who wish to attend but are unable to because of technological constraints, can do so by phone or seek assistance from the Church Administrator, Peter Gan at 62893900, petergan@calvary.org.sg.
