Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM)

Please take note that there will be a Combined Service at 10am, 17 November followed by Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) and our bimonthly Family Business Meeting (FBM). The agenda for EOGM will be as follows:

1. To present CBK Closing Report and seek approval for the closure of CBK’s UOB bank account and financial accounts.
2. To approve the Constitutional Amendments
3. In line with compliance to corporate governance, to approve a once-off alignment of all BOD members’ term, and future BOD elections to AGM day.
