Electric Kids Company (EKC) is the Children’s Ministry of CBC, and our mission is to reach and nurture children to know Christ and make Him known!

Positions Available

Musicians

  • Positions required: 1 x Guitar, 1 x Keyboard

  • Role: Play the instrument for scheduled worship sessions, and practice the songs prior to the worship session

  • Requirements: To commit to serving every alternate month. Expected to serve from 1015 - 1145 when scheduled.

Audio-Visual Operator

  • Positions required: 2

  • Role: Ensure audio and visuals are working

  • Requirements: To commit to serving every alternate month. Expected to serve from 1015 - 1145 when scheduled.

Engagement I/C

  • Positions required: 2

  • Role: To act as a touchpoint and engage with key stakeholders in the ministry (Children, parents and ministry workers) and be in charge of handling all admin matters from taking attendance to celebrating birthdays. He/she will also focus on building relationships based on being an extension of God’s love to everyone.

  • Requirements: To commit to serving every alternate month from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Sunday School Teachers

  • Positions required: 8

  • Role: Take care of a class; prepare lessons and materials; engage kids during the lesson; help them to love God and love His Word.

  • Requirements: To commit to serving every alternate month from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Each lesson is about 40 minutes.

EKC Choir Assistant Director

  • Positions required: 1

  • Role: To co-lead the choir together

  • Requirements: To help in the planning of repertoire and teaching and conducting of the choir- Choir practices every Sunday 9.30am-10.30am.

EKC Choir Pianist

  • Positions required: 1

  • Role: Play the piano required for the choir presentation and practice the songs prior to the practice days.

  • Requirements: Attend choir practice every Sunday 930am-1030am
