Positions required: 2
Role: Able to provide consultancy on HR matters applicable to CBC; not limited to HR policies, guidelines, salary benchmarking, performance appraisal systems and staff recruitment.
The Committee Member shall provide expertise in formulating (& review) of HR policies.
Administration of policies would be by Church Administrator.
Committee Members will work closely with the Deacon Chairperson to formulate possible options for deliberation by GB Chair & Vice Chair.
Need to balance corporate HR policies with the needs of CBC.
Expected commitment would be twice a month although seasonal events (eg hiring, retirements, performance appraisal, bonus & increments) may require greater time commitements.
Requirements: Expertise as a HR Practitioner would be advantageous.
